FAQ Edvest: Why Did Wisconsin Change Plan Managers?
Earlier this year, the State of Wisconsin issued a request for proposal (RFP) for program manager services for its 529 plans, Edvest and Tomorrow’s Scholar Management, LLC, the program manager through October 2012, opted not to participate in the RFP. After a rigorous selection process, TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing, Inc., was selected to become the new program manager.
